Orchard Ridge Bed & Breakfast near Much Marcle is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful county of Herefordshire and the Wye Valley.

Located between the lively market town of Ledbury, with its individual shops and restaurants and the Cathedral city of Hereford with its award winning Mappa Mundi exhibition.   Cheltenham, Ludlow and Hay on Wye are all within easy reach.

The property sits in an idyllic position on the slopes of Marcle Ridge surrounded by apple orchards, woods and meadows and with far reaching views of the Malvern Hills.

The pretty village of Woolhope, a lovely walk from Orchard Ridge through breathtaking country, has two very good pubs, The Crown and The Butchers Arms, both serving delicious food, ciders and beers.

The nearby village of Much Marcle is home to Hellens Manor , one of the oldest historic houses in England, still lived in as a family home.  As well as opening their home and garden, you can also enjoy classical concerts in beautiful surroundings.

The River Wye is to be found just a little further along at Lucksall where you can hire canoes and meander down the river to Ross on Wye, stopping for lunch along the way.
